Store Policies

All products ordered will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) within 3-5 business days.

Exception to this is pre-ordered products which will be made to order at the time of purchase, and shipped within 2 weeks of the original purchase date.

Orders containing both pre-order items and ready to ship items will be held until the entire order is ready to ship.  Please read our FAQ about pre-order items here.

Shipping fees within the United States are offered at a flat rate and are added at checkout.  If you would like special or expedited shipping outside of what is offered, please email me directly.

International Orders
Shipping is only available within the United States at this time.  International shipping is not currently offered, but we will be looking to set this up soon. Thank you for your patience.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.  Please contact us to initiate a cancellation. 


Returns will be managed on a case-by case basis.  We strive for you to LOVE our yarns. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Damaged Products
Should your products sustain any damage during shipping, let us know. Shipping problems are rare, but can happen.

Your privacy is important to us.  All customer information is considered confidential and will not be shared under any circumstances, unless under legal obligation to do so.
