Do you take custom orders?
At this time we are not currently taking orders for custom colorways.  

Can I order large quantities?
Most of our shop updates will include small quantities of each colorway, however, if you need larger quantities, let us know and we will include it in our next shop update.

Will you cake my yarn for me?
Absolutely!  Send me a note in your order comments, or send me an email with your order number and I'll be glad to cake it up for you before shipping!

Where can I get those cute stitch markers?
At this time, the clay stitch markers you often see featured on our instagram feed, are handmade by Steph, and are just a little thank you gift included with each yarn purchase (as time and supplies allow.)  They may be available for sale in the shop in the coming months, keep your eyes peeled or join our newsletter to be kept in the loop.

Will the colors be the same as what's pictured?
We make every effort to match what is pictured using tested color "recipes" and careful techniques.  Will the yarn be exact?  No.  But it will be inspected after drying  to ensure it meets our incredibly high standards before it heads out the door to you!  Quantities of the same colorway that are ordered together will be dyed together to ensure color conformity.  We recommend if you are ordering yarn for a larger project, order it all at once to get the same dye lot.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, please let us know! 

Will the colors run?
Although the colors have been heat set, and rinsed clear in cold water in the dye studio, we have no control over the levels of acidity in your water, and therefore you may expect some color running.  Dark colorways, and colorways with lots of reds, pinks, and purples are more likely to run a little.  We recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild soap to minimize color loss.

Is your studio pet/allergen free?
No.  We make every effort to dry and store the yarn away from the pets, but because our studio and shipping space is in our home (where the pets live), we can not promise they are completely allergen free.
